European Maritime Day (EMD) has become a traditional event, as a fundamental component of European identity, during which the communities from areas related to the sea, ocean and inland waters come together to exchange good practices, discuss and initiate joint actions on maritime affairs and sustainable, circular and resistant Blue Economy. In organizing this event, BSUN collaborates with Black Sea Cruise project Consortium, European Institute of Cultural Routes, Black Sea CONNECT project Consortium, National Company "Maritime Ports Administration - Constanta", ARSINOE project Consortium and the European Cultural Route Certification Initiative "Port Cities in the Istro-Pontic Space". To this end, the event will also include an international conference in a hybrid format on: "History, Tradition and Culture in the Port-Cities from the Istro-Pontic Space". In parallel, it will be organized an exhibition with projects and activities presentations on behalf of the profile museums, universities, research institutes but also operators in the field of tourism and transport.
