We are thrilled to invite you to an online webinar dedicated to the presentation of the training program on “Developing Climate Change Adaptation Plans for Marine Protected Areas in the Mediterranean Region.”


This webinar/workshop will explore i) the role of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) in the strategy to mitigate and adapt to the climate emergency: context, opportunities and challenges and ii) the training program, focusing on the development of effective climate change adaptation plans for Mediterranean MPAs. The ultimate goal is to boost the role of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) as pillars for resilience of coastal communities and biodiversity protection in the face of climate change.
